Walk for Mental Health

Mental health often goes unnoticed, but affects the lives of so many people both directly or indirectly. It is estimated that 1 in 5 people experience symptoms of mental illness each year – that’s more than 5 million people in Australia alone.

This month Gason staff members are participating in the Walk for Mental Health to help raise funds for the Black Dog Institute, who do fantastic work towards improving the lives of people suffering from depression and anxiety.

Our participants will be walking or running throughout this month to raise money and awareness for the cause, with the added bonus of getting out and maintaining their own wellbeing.

You can support our fundraiser by donating to our individuals participating in the walk, or directly to the workplace fundraiser using the link below. We are already on our way to achieving our goal, and it would be greatly appreciated if you are able to donate to this worthy cause.
